Healthy living!
We all know that classic "I want to be healthy now", and that lasts exactly 10minutes and then you're stuffing you face with candy.
I for one, have lived on a diet my whole life, lived with the feeling of hating my body and the way I look. And as you know from my other posts I have changed my ways and I am doing fitness and changing my eating habits.
This time it just felt different, like I for once actually believed that I could do it, so I think that to be able to actually do something like this, you HAVE to believe in yourself, even though it's hard, it's just something that you have to to succeed.
I ran 2.5km and crosstrained 3km., yaaaay me!
